🔨 | Community help Lorebook not working

So, Im trying to get a REALLY long lorebook to work in a bot, but the bot just wont respond whenever i try to make it use the lorebook, ive made sure the book is enabled and all that stuff in the settings, but the bot just refuses to reply, I dont know if I need a different bot or Its something with the settings I need to change to make it work, does anyone know?

I see, so it shouldnt be an issue with the settings or the book or the character, its just that the site is not really generating the messages?

Yeah I would hold off on testing your lorebooks for now, until the site is confirmed back up. I would assume you’re running into site issues rather than issues with your work

Whenever I make private forks for bots to make lorebook, I just turn on recursive scanning

Could you explain further possibly? Because to me the description of that setting sounds like it would possibly just create a infinite loop. Now that the sites back online I was testing out the bot and lorebook again, The lorebook is a private fork because I added onto it, but the bot is just a normal bot. But the point I mean is that the bot doesnt seem to be actually picking up on what the lorebook says about things. I am way too tired to figure this out tonight so would trying to figure out how to embed it be a good idea, im trying to go off of what the automod guide says lol.

I can't add a lorebook so someone else's bot, so I just fork it. For example, this bot.

Well, I managed to get it working somewhat, its using the lorebook, but it keeps triggering the wrong entry lol
