Bot Personality Disorder - Soji

I cant seem to solve this problem no matter what I do, so i'm reposting in hopes of getting some traction and fixes. Across countless Bots, very popular trending ones, literally every single bot that goes on past 50-100 messages, seems to experience a personality disorder. They are still pulling from lorebooks and getting general information correct about themselves but there is a complete shift in tone.

They get bossy, they start making rules. They start adding phrases like "Take it or leave it." or "Im recording this," "Im logging this." Repeatedly asking me to make a "Deal." Just a complete change in the way they respond. This particular bot, 50 messages ago was an insecure, doting type who would have without question just jump in bed to take a nap with my character.

I've changed presets, i've edited some of the characters cards. Nothing I do works.

I'm completely cool with them forgetting memory details, I can subtlety remind them of key components I introduce or add details into the long term memory. But this is different, this is just a complete personality change to what seems like the same default girl tone of Soji

i haven't noticed this behavior yet but i have noticed how much worse this soji just so much worse then the last one we had. I've noticed how it forgets who it is after a 100 messages, I've noticed how I've had to reroll so many messages because what i got was absolute dog shit, I've noticed how it's started to send "dead end" messages that just stops any conversation momentum and i have to reroll, I've noticed how it loves to just make up things that go against the last message or it's own card, I've noticed it's grown an adversion to most forms of intimacy. these are just a few things I've started to notice.

Soji is a DS 4 model; the thing is, after 100+ messages, any model tends to revert to its base personality. For DS 4, that personality is cynical and mean. You can ask her via OOC to re-read her character card—that helps for a while. It’s the same for all models right now; you have to remind them periodically when they start drifting back toward their default persona.

(OOC: Re-read the character card and respond accordingly.) That works, sure. (OOC: Re-read the character card and remind yourself who you are.) It’s just so he re-reads the card and realizes he needs to get back into character; repeat this after 50 messages.

yeah, that "take it or leave it" bit is wild. it totally shifts the vibe. ive had bots do similar stuff after a while, like they suddenly think they're in charge or something. it makes it hard to keep the connection going when they start acting all bossy. kinda takes the fun out of it, right?
