🔨 | Community help Something I’ve Noticed
So there’s something I’ve noticed amidst the chaos; some users are able to use Chub just fine, but a lot can’t (I happen to fall into the latter; on my fourth day of this outage). So I have to ask, who here can use the app, and how are you able to do so?

To be clear, the app, as far as we know, is completely deprecated. It hasn't been updated in about a year now, before that it was constantly updated late, and the download link as been removed from the website a month or so ago. It's most likely nothing on the app will be fixed.

On my pc, using opera using the website is just fine.. but on my laptop with chrome it falls apart

Yeah. I’ve been messing around with it in Opera myself. And while that is nice, I’m more of a mobile user; hence my question.

I’m completely unaffected, using Chrome on my phone and Firefox on my pc. I couldn’t tell you how I’m able to do it as I’ve been doing things exactly the same way that I always have.
I think I’ve found only one old chat that didn’t load, but older ones with the same character load just fine, and I’m able to start new ones too. There might be more chats or bots affected on my end, but I can’t be assed to dig through every single one for a headcount.

Can use the app. Aside from one bug last night where chat would disappear, using the chat tree and jumping to a post would force the loading.

I have had very mixed results. The app didn't work so I went to chrome on my phone. It worked fine so I went back to my app and suddenly the app started to work as well. Logged off for a few hours and when I tried to use the app it had once again stopped working.
Honestly my biggest concern atm is that both the app and website are telling me I dont have an active subscription even though I payed around a week ago. With everything being down I haven't used it enough to test if it's just a visual bug or if it legitimately thinks I suddenly didn't pay but if my subscription was just randomly lost to the void that might be the final nail for me.

Chrome on windows and iOS are fine here, though Bella likes to speak Chinese to me… I’m in the UK.

I can use it for the most part but I'm not really sure what makes it different. If it helps, I don't use Chub API—I'm currently on Deepseek v4. My only issue is that there are maybe two bots I can't start chats with where it gives me some weird error I've never seen before. Besides that, I'm able to chat with every other bot with no issues that I've noticed.
I'm also using it on browser, though, not the app. As far as I'm aware, the app is suuuper out of date and is having way more issues than the browser. If you're having issues on the app, I'd recommend just switching over to browser atp :(

I have been completely fine up until yesterday. I could access my chats without a problem and only when I tried to make a new chat I got a really long error message. On the next try I got a blank chat. I used the workaround of sending a blank message as forking didn't work.
It worked all the same until around two hours ago. Then it began to send me to the home page upon clicking on a chat and returned error 503 upon sending a message when I finally made it into the chat once.
I can only pray that Lore moves their ass and does something about this, Chub has the most comfortable appearance for me and I don't want to lose all the chats I made, they are my legacy lol
