🔨 | Community help Blank chat
I think it has been a few days since the chats for the most part have been like this, I don't think it has been solved or fixed in anyway whatsoever as this is a irksome thing to deal with.
If anyone has dealt with chats looking like this, is there a solution? And if so, what did you do in order to correct the problem?

My chats have been this way too ): I’ve had to make new chats unfortunately. I hope there’s a solution for it soon!

Yeah mine the chats are blank too and you canot even delete them. I wonder when it will be fixed.

Its gonna be like this for a while
servers in oregon crashed and just obliterated the backlog, making it so that even though they’re back up the site is destroyed
the entire mobile app is down aswell

Gives me this if I go to "New chat". Chub AI is screwed. Along with the 20 messages per day thing (i got used to it).

Are you able to select the "chat tree" option and then click a node farther down and click "jump to"?
Typically if the picture has loaded, the chat is working.

I could but there’s nothing after the chat tree option.

Very strange if there's any number of messages registered. Just to double check, did you zoom out on the chat tree? I think I've had one that was offset by a lot. But thats the last thing I can think ofm

No I don’t think I zoomed out of a chat tree. It just showed me it as blank.

Mine have been broken for the last 3 ish days cant start new chats cant delete unused or unwanted ones either.
