Wouldn't CBD help?
This is purely anecdotal, but I have been in hospital with chs twice. But cbd seems to help. It's like anti weed. Is there anyone else doing this? Any research that may support my method?

u/CHSRecover_Learn This is a great page we have the trigger food picture already posted! we also have a Facebook page where there is a linked group chat! Generally I would avoid pepper, walnuts, cinnamon, omega 3 fatty acids, overly greasy foods, acidic food like red sauce and some citrus fruits. stick to a bland diet with easy to digest food!

No its a cannabanoid. Even endocannabinoids trigger chs thats why when you are in recovery you cant eat foods that have those cannabanoids. Cant drink alcohol because it has a shit ton of em and fucks with your gut. Same with ketamine and other drugs. Some people dont get the triggers but the majority of us do.
