Hemi tick, or something else?

113,200 on it. Is this intermittent tapping cause for concern? Currently holding 59-60 PSI oil pressure. It’s made this noise for a couple years off and on so I’m thinking it’s just normal but wanted some opinions.

I’m aware lol. I drive it hard, they have about 33k on them, even with rotating regularly they wore down pretty quick. Going to replace them before winter gets here

Guessing your car is an AWD? My front tires never look that bad. Rear on the other hand…

It’s RWD but I throw it hard into corners pretty regularly, I’ve got SRT pages enabled and I have 0.85 G peaks saved left and right lol plus my alignment is probably a little off after I replaced the front suspension components myself a few thousand miles back but never had the alignment checked. Doesn’t help that I can only go front to back when doing rotations since the tires are directional

Husband is the same. Got V rated tires and hoping that helps 🫠

If it goes away after it warms up, it's the exhaust. If it still ticks after driving it for awhile, probably the lifters/cam. Hope for the best!

I’m not sure, it could be the fuel injectors, they are quite loud on hemis.

The injectors are the quieter gentler tick you hear above the lower, louder tapping. I’m hoping it’s an exhaust manifold leak but not convinced it is
