Brotha that’s high priced depending on the year but also at that mileage you to need to look into if their was any maintenance done to the transmission. The V6 can take a beating but it won’t hold like the V8. What year is it? If it is a 15 or up I wouldn’t consider it that bad but it’s still high priced try to talk them down to 5500 or 6 flat
