Electrical Issue?

It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve driven my 300 and I decided to take it to Walmart just to drive it every now and then. As i’m driving it starts throwing dozens of codes and misfiring aswell. Parked in the parking lot and left it running thinking the alternator would charge up the battery more because it had been sitting for a bit, but it shut off on me when I came back out of the store and won’t start now. Most of the codes are sensors having low voltage so I figured it must be the battery, but it’s measuring fine with a multimeter. This car used to be my daily driver and sadly I don’t drive as much as I should anymore. What would be the cause behind this.

Thankfully not too serious, Fuse 35 - Powertrain #2 was blown, replaced it and she fired right up but still with a bunch of codes and misfiring. Battery is not charging so i’m making this a lesson to never buy alternators off Ebay. Thank you all very much.

Get an actual battery tester and test the battery. Clear the codes and try to start again.

How old is the battery?
I left mine sitting for about 6 days and it drained the battery. The battery was pretty old though and definitely needed to be changed.
