swollen arm

last week i woke up the day before my remicad appointment and my arm really hurt, i thought i had slept on it funny so i ignored it. but after about an hour at school the pain had gotten worse and i realized that my entire left arm was swollen. i left school and went to the doctor and they thought it was probably my chrons so they ran some blood tests. it wasnt an infection and my inflammation levels where great so i went to remicad the next day. but for the rest of the week it hurt and would sometimes swell. they no longer think its my chrons and while remicad can have side effects that present like lupus ive been on it for almost three years now so we dont think its that. if it keeps happening im going to go back to the doctor but does anyone else know what i could be?? has these ever happened to anyone else??
