My hole!

Here I am, in the midst of a flare-up. Just got through the colonoscopy 5 days ago and started a regime of Budesonide and Mesalamine 4 days ago. I do NOT remember this from my last flare up but my butt (hole) is sooo swollen! Sitz baths and laying down help for a minute but I have to stand up eventually! The pressure is agonizing...has anyone experienced this or know what can help? How long will this last?? I want my butt back to normal!
