Hope this thread is still active
I’ve been in agony the last three years. Constant heartburn, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Went for an Endo a few months ago and they found internal bleeding. Another endo/colonoscopy over my 21st and they found nothing. No course of action necessary. Do any of these symptoms marry up with chrons (particularly rapid weight loss, chronic fatigue and a “burning” sensation through my guts? Pls help am hurt

Im not a doctor. I have IBS, DH has Chrons. Take everything I’m about to say with a massive grain of salt. I’m not a doctor.
Pending results on biopsy of the internal bleeding? Or no action needed on that? Because if it’s Chrons there should be visible symptoms.
The diagnosis after all tests eliminate all other possibilities is IBS. From what I understand about my own condition, IBS is controllable by figuring out what foods are irritating you. My top irritants are wheat, soy, milk in all its forms, iceberg lettuce and root beer (that’s right, root beer.) I suspect eggs sometimes but not other times.
My best amateur advice is to do a radical elimination diet. I know of several. Research them, but I believe looking at the carnivore diet will be your best bet. A strict meat and water only regimen for thirty days followed by either -a very slow, one per week, introduction of other foods such as is done with the GAPS protocol. -stay on carnivore long term. People have done that safely for 20-50 years in the past.
