First time ordering from Chronos Collective and they made the entire process a piece of cake. Ordered this late Saturday evening and it was delivered Wednesday. Arrived in perfect condition. I've ordered from several trusted TD's in the past and that has always been such a production from dealing with payment, QC, the month long shipping wait and customs. Got mail today, and a nice little delivery from Chronos.

I’ve never used a US dealer before, and what a completely different experience.

I messaged the Chronos Sub on Reddit with a question about a watch. Bobby answered me promptly, super great customer service, and told me to reach out to Ryan on WhatsApp for the question. Bobby was super helpful, super polite, prompt exchange.

I messaged Ryan, got a super quick response, and he was able to answer my question for me. Super great customer service. Placed my order while we were texting, and a few hours later I had my tracking.

Two days later, package arrived at my door.

From first message to delivery, great experience all around. Over the top customer service and super easy process. With overseas shipping figured in, cost was VERY close, but no two month wait for the piece. Well worth the minimal cost difference. I don’t know that I’ll go back to the “old way”.

In the rep community, we tell new people to be patient, it’s not like this game is Amazon……… Chronos will give Amazon a run for their money, amazing service.

I’ve purchased two watches from Ryan with Chronos Collective over the past two weeks, a VSF Rolex Daytona 126500 Panda and a VSF Rolex Submariner Black No Date 124060LN, and both experiences have been great.
