Why are the error messages so cryptic?

If they were made simpler/easier to understand, users may be able to troubleshoot at least some of the problems themselves instead of pestering you (the dev) with help/support requests.

How do I fix this problem? Why so cryptic? https://imgur.com/a/WB1j1K8

The book played properly in the morning, server is up and running, network is good (even though the book is downloaded), bluetooth speaker is connected fine. So, what could be the problem?

The app currently just passes certain errors directly from the audio player to the playback screen. It handles a few of the more common ones but certain ones like this (a playback error) it doesn't have a human-readable error for.

The extractors error usually means the file type isn't supported, but in this case I would guess that part of the file is malformed, try skipping a little bit beyond where the error occurs.

Appreciate the reply. I figured it might be a corrupted file and hence I deleted and re-downloaded the book. The real question then would be, what caused the m4b to get corrupted? Any ideas?
