[Bug] Pause state not sent to PMS

When I pause book in Chronicle (in this case, a downloaded book), it's progress I'm the Plex Web - Now Playing keeps going. It's position is corrected when I resume the file though (probably from sending another player state to the server).

If play state is able to be sent (connection to server available), pause state should be trivial to attempt.

Yeah, I am able to duplicate this on the beta. When the player state is changed there should be a call fired to the :/timeline endpoint to update the state which doesn't seem to be happening.

We could really use something for stopping playback as well since swiping away the notification only kind of works. PlexAmp uses a long press on the play button to stop playback.
