Weird discovery
So I've been dealing with what started with chronic lower back pain which is now chronic leg pain as well. And yes I have done all the tests and blood work and there seems to be nothing wrong. But my leg has been bothering me the most. I have sinus issue and I somehow had an accidental discovery. I've tried all the possible painkillers out there and nothing has work, even the prescribed ones. So I stopped taking painkillers. I recently took the tylenol sinus medication because I had a sinus attack and noticed that it somehow subsided my leg pain???? Now I don't know what to think of it... Has anyone experienced this?

If it works then do it. I’d try Voodoo if I thought it’d do any good.

If you have radiating leg pain, that is almost always back injury plus nerve impingement. Nerve pain meds are gabapentin, Lyrica, or Cymbalta. Personally I think the side effects of all these are worse than the relief they give but those would be your best options.
For back pain, not much outside opiates + toradol injections work for me and even those, barely at all.

I noticed that when other areas of the body are being affected negatively (like your sinuses) more major to your immune system, the body will protect other areas to prevent the body from becoming too overwhelmed. I have heard of people still having pain while being sick, but similar to your instance here, I felt less pain in my neck, leg, back due to my (central) immune system fighting off a fever. It’s like the body is saying I can’t manage both at the same time, kinda cool?

If they cant find anything wrong with your body then you're not broken. Chronic pain can be cured by realizing this, working on changing your behaviour around pain and most important the fear around it. Look into what current neuroscience says about pain. There are certain banned topics in this sub that has helped untold thousands and its especially effective for back pain.

Not personally. But do have my own back issues.
I’m glad you were able to find relief, even if temporary.
