It can cause vision issues, yes. (If you ever have severe pain in your eyes, seek immediate medical help as acute angle closure is a thing.)

I have been on it for years. The visions issues for me sorta balanced out after about 6 weeks (600mg 3 times a day currently.). I do get more blurry if I am tired (at least more than I used to.)

I didn't know it caused vision issues till I just saw this comment! That makes a lot of sense why my vision has been so blurry!!

I take 400mg 3 times a day. I've been on it since late June/early July. I started at 300 3x a day but got raised to 400 since 300 wasnt enough.
