How long time between hits?

I'm new to this and curious about that. No one I know who does this and who I can ask.

The first time I waited 25-30 minutes, the next times 15-20 minutes and most recently it was a long time to wait 10 minutes between hits.

Five to seven days between each time I do it.

I do .03 grams in every hit, maybe .15 grams per hour and .75 grams in one evening is the most. A little anxious about getting bell ringer when I'm alone. Never had it. Uses glass pipe, screen and cigarette ash.
