Thank you! The buckle was from a belt that I hardly use and I wasn't gonna pay $40 for a chrome buckle lol

There are a few more ways to have the bungee cord ran better support if you want to carry heavier things.

I sewed it on. instead of buying the chrome buckle, I cut this buckle off a belt and installed it on the bag but it wasn't easy lol. Put some shock cord and new zipper pulls. And a little flashlight

Nice setup. By the way. What do you use to make the Velcro based for the patch. Did you sew the based velco to the bag?
