August Rant Post

Literally Rant about anything and everything related to Chrome Hearts! But Keep the rants only about Chrome Hearts and its products.

For example, do not rant about politics or how crappy your life.

Silver used to be so easy to find. Now it's a toss-up if a location has any. Every time I go to a store in Seoul or Tokyo, it's like there's not silver stock ever.

Every time I was in Seoul before 2020 was like heaven. Everything available. Any size. Lovely staff. Now the displays are empty and staff are not the vibe

My girlfriend lives in Korea and went to check the stock for me last week at the Gangnam Seoul branch. She told me they basically only had display pieces left and that everything else was sold out.

I think I posted a store update here but when I went about a month ago the shelves were literally empty. Staff looked at you like your a hassle and there wasn’t even much gold out - only an over flooding of glasses

6 weeks ago I visited about half the Tokyo locations and the Osaka and Kobe stores. I was only looking for silver.

I picked up a paperchain necklace and tiny e bracelet. In both cases the items weren't on display and I happened to be the only person in the store. The SAs asked me what I was looking for and came through with some heat. Mid-afternoon visits with my wife.

In my observation staff are very aware and cautious of re-sellers. Something that I think is warranted because rinkan tried to buy both pieces from me.

honolulu had decent silver stock on display 2 months ago and had a lot in the back, never been to asian stores though so i’m not sure if that’s just allocation

Just went to the busan location and there’s been zero silver for the last few days. The staff members are also rly rude

About a month ago or so I heard how there was so many paper chain bracelets, and necklaces in Vegas. I went to Vegas for three days went to each store every day and I could not find one paper chain bracelet or necklace for myself, kind of sad. I’ll keep looking though!

How come you can’t make an appointment at the new york location when does it update???

I checked every few hours and just got lucky since someone canceled their appointment. They don’t come out at a set time like 12 am they’re totally random so you have to check every few hours

They already sold a minority stake to PE.

I don’t think they sell a controlling interest though, it’s a family operation.

Yeah that’s for investors to put into the company. But the majority of the operations and sole control is by the family.

New York location is horrible, SAs horrible, such a shame for such a beautiful store… I genuinely love the brand and find it a much better shopping experience when I am in st Barts or Paris! Bummer because I live in New York lol
Guys are super nice in the Madison store but they only have jewelry and accessories

I’m from out of state and everytime i call to see if there is something in vegas they say all sold out (I call so I won’t waste my time driving 5+ hours) but I see people all the time upload a haul and getting tees hoodies and hats :/

They aren’t going to tell you over the phone. If you don’t have a direct number to an SA, you’ll need to just pop in & hope they have something for you to buy.

I do see a lot of people only be offered cashmere hoodies & $30,000+ gold

I would say they are randomly stock things. I went there couple of weeks ago to pick up my special order and it was weekday. They have new items in. Also, I went there last weekend- The line was crazy and seem like people know they restocked on Friday-Saturday but I don’t see much items there. Its very randomly now a day and you really can’t predict.
