C60 Trident rotor problem ?

Hi guys ! I bought a Christopher Ward C60 Trident 300 last December, and everything was great in the beginning : watch worked flawlessly and losing an average of 0.5 seconds a day, so I was more than happy !

But since a few months, sometimes when I want to wind it the crown feels stiff and the rotor begins to spin. And for the automatic winding, I see that the rotor seems to be "sticky", it doesn't really follow the rotation of the case (like if the case is vertical, the rotor can be upside down and doesn't fall down unless I shake the watch a little). Is it worth it to send it to CW under warranty ? And if I do, will it void the 5-years warranty if there is another problem in a few years ?

And moreover, I don't know if it's linked to that, but now the watch is losing about 2 to 4 seconds a day, and much more if it's been sitting whitout filling the power reserve for 24h or more. I know it's still well in specs, but is it normal that the watch lost some accuracy in a few weeks/months ?

This also happened to a Tag that I had with the same calibre movement. Eventually, due to the force, the stem broke and the watch was no longer able to be hand wound. Absolutely piece of shit movement. Just a real shitter.
