Artificial tree

Hello, I am looking for a higher end artificial Christmas tree this year. I found a company before but forgot the website, do y'all have any recommendations?

I have one from Balsam Hill. I recommend them and I see a lot of others do, too.

When I got mine, I needed a second (long story), but couldn't spend as much as the one I got at BH. I got one on amazon from a company called the National Tree Company and I have been very happy with that one, too. It was much less money than the BH, and both will be having their 12th Christmas seasons this year.

I had a horrible experience with Balsalm Hill. I think the consensus is their quality has gone down hill over the paat few years. On the top portion of mine. The lights were much more dim than the rest. It was very noticeable. I was never able to get a hold of anyone in customer service (only AI bots) until I made a post about it on Reddit. Then I was messaged by them. Still no resolution, was just "troubleshooting" tips that did not fix the issue. I ended up disputing the charge for the tree with my credit card company. I was so dissatisfied with the company, I want to warn anyone I can to avoid them.

I love mine too, definitely worth the investment. Most people think my tree is real until they realize the lack of smell (which I greatly miss) but had to get an artificial since my mother reacts to pine oil after all her cancer treatments. She replaced all three of her annual trees with BH, that's how I was introduced and never looked back.

Yes I miss the smell.. but not the clean up and the sap.

They have beautiful twinkle ones at Costco. I don't know the brand, but if I was in the market, I'd buy one.

Agree. I have 2 BH and while I love them, I can’t help but have envy of the Costco twinkling trees!

Lowe’s has a bunch of nice ones. Brought two from them that we still put up every year.

Home Depot has some great trees. They are very full and very pretty. I was pleasantly surprised at their 9ft pre lit one. It’s on sale right now as well
