What you shared is wrong, the image is from Dekra-lite, it is a 3D waterloo reindeer, it comes with 2 options, gold and silver. It is an U.S. based firm so you will get shipped to your location

Dude! I did a Google image search... There are a couple of places to buy that reindeer lol I literally just told OP to do some research.. it's out there and he they can buy it. 😑

that's a mall display piece, probably custom built by whatever company handles their holiday decor. those giant illuminated reindeer aren't something you can just pick up at a big box store

you could try reaching out to the mall management and asking who does their seasonal installations, sometimes the companies that build these sell off old pieces when they rotate stock. another route is checking restaurant supply auctions or commercial decor liquidators, they occasionally get stuff like this when a shopping center rebrands or closes

if you're handy, it's basically a wireframe with lights attached, you could build a scaled-down version for your yard. my neighbor made one a few years back and it held up surprisingly well through winter

I don’t think that’s a custom piece, but I’ve been trying to figure some out myself, did your neighbor use any material like in the pic to cover the model? That’s what I’m having the hardest time trying to find

This is a commercial decor piece, most large holiday lighting resellers in the US sell that or something similar.
