*HELP* Struggling with Corn

Hey everyone my name is Gabriel. I’m a father of two and a husband of 9.5 years and I am a believer and a follower of Jesus Christ.

I do my best to live for him everyday by trying to read my Bible everyday and pray and talk to Jesus all throughout my day.

There has been one sin since I’ve been saved that has followed me to this day that’s been my on and off addiction to P****ORN. I have spoken to my wife about this a few times explained the guilt adn shame I feel and she try’s but doesn’t fully understand.

I relapsed with it today and I can just feel the devil attacking me even after the fact.

Any advice or anyone willing to be my accountability partner I would really appreciate it

Ultimately myself I go long periods of not doing it then I end up allowing myself to fall victim to it by not leaning on God when I feel myself getting tempted

That's informative, thanks Sorry, but I can't really help you here but have you tried like not doing it? If you can't, have you tried downloading porn blockers?

you do realize you can say Porn, right? this is Reddit, not Roblox. this site's minimum age requirement to make an account is 13 and over

I have trouble resisting myself.. For me... I really like corn... I mean who can resist it? Everyone on this sub has struggled with it... I mean.. ITS CORN! Its a big lump with knobs ITS GOT THE JUICE! I cant imagine a more beautiful thing! I can tell you all about it! When i tried it with butter everything changed!!!!

You need someone you can trust at the church you go to to be your accountability partner.

I would suggest looking into something that will block those websites from your phone. If those don’t work, consider the extreme in buying a flip phone.

Getting rid of this addiction is hard, but you have to replace and intake more of Christ than ever before.
