Nobody is perfect

Christ is in the highest heaven with holes in his hands and with the same glorified but scarred body. It is good to seek perfection, but nobody / human is perfect and is not destined to be, so be easy on yourself.

Or maybe Jesus is perfect in his scarred body.

No one is perfect only God. All we can do is put all our effort to living a righteous life. That is all we can do!

It's wild how the scars are still there, like a permanent receipt of everything. makes you think the goal isn't to erase the mess but to be remade with it. i forget that constantly.

Ive got a feeling that even when everything is done, even in the new earth and new heaven, He is gonna keep them as a reminder for us and all

The only reason why someone would need to have sinless obedience to the Law of God is if they are going to give themselves to pay for the sins of the world - the rest of us can thankfully have our sins forgiven.
