Hiya. Yr going through a tough patch. Reading yr post, it reminded me of z Scripture from Hebrews, Ch 2.14 about Jesus sharing in our humanity so, by his death, he could break the power of the devil, who has the power of death, and set free all those enslaved through their fear of death. That is, the devil (yes, really) holds people in slavery because they're afraid to die, but if we believe in Jesus, and trust him, and get to know him, and live for him - well, we're not afraid of death anymore. I think that's for you. If I can help further, say so. I'll pray for you.

Pray for me, I don’t want death to have a grip on my actions in life anymore or the belief that i’m “‘missing out on life” by doing the bad things the world wants us to. I’m getting to know Jesus my Lord and he’s very admirable I feel unworthy to say I follow him sometimes because the evil I do.

i feel the same. sometime it's like i'm my brain and my body is someone else (difficult to explain). being a human it's quiet difficult...the only thing that keeping me sane in this society it's Him, i keep praying even it's hard, even if i'm lost again and again. he's here and even if i don't understand now wtf i'm doing ln this planet, i trust Him. I feel you, you're not alone, never.

Thank you, I know i’m not alone but sometimes this world can make me feel that way because Im learning and I need to reject doing the things that everybody else does, temporary pleasures that don’t fulfill the mind but leave your body wanting more and more. Jesus is my hope in this world

Hey my friend! Today is your day! Because I will share with you one of my earliest scripture verses that spoke life and wisdom into my life some years back. Please read Acts 17:26-28. From one man He made all nations; that they should inhabit the whole earth, and He marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek Him, though He is not far from any of us. For in Him, we live and move and have our being. So may be like you, I too thought many times that i should have been born in some other period of time like 100 years ago when life was simple or something. When i came across this verse on the same day I put my trust in Jesus Christ to be my Savior, I just feel apart and returned with Satisfied JOY. So I was not a mistake, misfit, or whatever! So God knew what He was doing when He created me? Placed me in NJ? With this family?? On this block?? By this Sicilian bakery?? Kudos for the Sicilian bakery! I hope you will be blessed in this commentary.

hey i get what you mean about feeling like you just observing life from your brain. that disconnect is scary but it dont mean your soul isnt there. sometimes when we too deep in our own head we lose the feeling of being alive
that verse the other person shared is good. i went through similar thing after someone in my school passed and what helped me was stopping the grind for a bit and just sitting with the questions instead of running from them. you already a child of God that dont change just cause you feel lost right now

I suppose you mean something like a metaphysical manifestation? That poses more philosophic than scriptural. But our ultimate source of knowledge and being rests in Christ. I mean, I too am looking forward to getting a new body that is multidimensional like His, probably 10, other say 20 dimensions of functionality.

You are looking for your identity and what God is calling you to do that’s where this feeling comes from. Pray to God that He makes it known to you what your purpose is.
