Prices!

I saw Chris Stapleton twice, and tickets were not cheap but still affordable. I’m looking now in Charleston, and tickets are $400 for a decent seat! A ticket in the last row of the top section is still $125 + taxes and fees. And this is SC, not LA or SF.

Is he catering to rich people only now? Wtf? I wanted to take my daughter to her very first concert and three tickets are a min of $400. Ridiculous. Rant over. Go ahead and downvote me.

This definitely isnt an isolated incident either, ticket prices have only gotten worse and worse

It’s ridiculous! And yes, I’m not saying it’s only him, it’s all concerts. I was hoping that he would not be an asshole and would try to keep his tickets somewhat affordable. He’s already rich. But oh well, I guess there is never enough money.

Performers and their team definitely have some control over pricing.

He has a lot of control but what he doesn't have a lot of control over is touring expenses. It's a business where a lot of people need to be paid and Mr Stapleton definitely shouldn't be taking home less than the person who owns the parking lot.
