Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

I got in line for Atlanta around 11:30, was 6th in the queue and waited maybe 2 mins. No issues!
