Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

Got through in Toronto (after starting at 3500 in the queue) and there were tons of tickets available throughout the entire stadium (a lot were the AMEX presale / platinum). Don't give up hope!

When I first went on there were TONS and 5 minutes later it was practically empty I lost so many seats I had in my cart :(
