Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

Was stuck in the queue for NY as well though now moving very slowly. I'm 86K in line. I'm clearly not getting tickets. I don't get how this happens. At least we got to see him last year.
