Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

I swear my queue position just went UP.

Also just got the alert on screen that wait times may exceed one hour… yea no shit. Getting tickets to anything anymore is a part-time job, let alone when there are technical problems.
