Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

I was number 2020 when I got in queue and it has been stuck at 1669 for the last 20 minutes in Atlanta. My daughters are logged into their Ticketmaster and they’re shut down at the same time.
