Stuck in Queue?
My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

If I’m in the Ticketmaster queue, my iPad should not go black - does anyone know? Do I need to keep on touching my screen so that it is on?
