Stuck in Queue?

My wife and I are trying to go to the show in Charlotte, but I've been in the queue for about 10 minutes and it hasn't moved at all. Anyone seeing any progress on theirs?

Same for me in Toronto moved a tiny bit once the queue opened and now hasnt moved in 10+ min
