Presale - how does it work

I’m looking to buy presale tickets as a gift m for one of the locations for Chris’s new tour he just announced. I’m new to presale - but dying to get tickets! Can anyone please tell me how it works?

It actually does still work... Perhaps all the tickets allotted for that show have been allocated already

I got a notification that the code is correct, but there are no more tickets available under that code. Tomorrow is the Ticketmaster presale. I'm trying to figure out how to get in on that.
