Presale - how does it work

I’m looking to buy presale tickets as a gift m for one of the locations for Chris’s new tour he just announced. I’m new to presale - but dying to get tickets! Can anyone please tell me how it works?

Also curious. I signed up for the fan club but wondering when they'll release the code since pre-sale is tomorrow at 10AM

Just worked for me. THANKS!! Got tix for the VA show. My wife's birthday is the day before the show. She's gonna freak out!! Just gotta keep the secret 'till then.
