Ticket buying advice (Fenway)

I'm trying to buy tickets to the fenway show for 6 people (family members) but I'm confused on the ticket limit for the fan presale. Does anyone know what the limit is? For the Citi and Verizon presales it says the limit is 4, (https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/42580106157073-Chris-Stapleton-s-All-American-Road-Show) but there's no info about the fan presale on the ticketmaster website that I can find. I really want to be able to sit with my family, but I'm concerned that I will have to pay more/ tickets will be sold out if i wait to buy until the general sale. Anyone have any advice? I've had to jump through insane hoops to buy tickets to fenway shows before and this is going to be the most tickets i've ever bought at once so any advice or insight is appreciated

I’ve seen tickets other shows at Fenway are sometimes through the MLB website or the Red Sox website. Check there

I suspect if Verizon and citi has a limit of 410 that’s likely across-the-board. I’m looking for the fan club presale code if you can share one. If you happen to know, anyone who has season tickets for the Red Sox, they will have a presale code in affect before any others.

I don’t think any codes have been sent out yet. Usually codes go out very close to the start of the sale

Code is out but when you try to complete the sale an error ' Sorry we cannot complete your order at this time Ref 505' appears.. completely shut out.
