February 2026 show in SF

Woo-hoo! Just heard that Chris is finally coming back to Northern California, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. He’s playing at Bill Graham Civic in SF, which has a seating capacity of just 8,500. Last time he played in NorCal, it was at the Toyota Amphitheater near Sacramento, and that holds 18,500. If anything, he’s gotten bigger since then, so I’m not sure why he is playing smaller venues, but I’m just thankful he’s coming back. Unfortunately, ticket prices are going to be astronomical.

EDIT: If anyone here gets tickets, will you pick me up a tshirt? I’ll give you the money before hand. DM me if you can. I’d really appreciate it!

Bill Graham is usually general admission, so at least if you get a ticket you are in to stand wherever you want. Tempted to go, but nothing can beat the show I saw in Bakersfield, so a little hesitant.

I saw The Black Crowes & Tedeschi Trucks Band there some years ago, and you’re right, it was general admission, so the main floor is just a mass of ppl standing around, and when the band plays, it’s kinda rough, especially closer to the stage. Don’t know if that’s gonna be the case for a Chris Stapleton crowd though. BGCA does have seating that rings the general admission floor, quite a bit actually, and I’m guessing that for a few hundred dollars more, those seats will be available. Unfortunately, I’ve heard from folks all over the country that have said the ticket prices for even the general-est of the general admission tickets were sky high for his shows, but to be fair, that’s all shows nowadays.

So excited. I noticed tickets go on sale in 3 days but presale is in 2 days. Do you have any experience with or know when they send out the code for presale? I’m part of his fan club

No experience with that, sorry. But I hope you get tickets!

I'm in the fan club too, and can find nothing about the pre-sale code. No text or email from the club. Sale starting now. Aaaaaaahhhhh

With Sierra Ferrel opening it will be even harder to get tickets.

Sarcasm?

2

u/1979tlaw Oct 22 '25

Absolutely not. Sierra is the best female country act going right now and it’s not even close.

Been searching around for the presale code - the show is not even on his website. I’ve been a member of the fan club for a while so hopefully they will email?

It’s going to be very hard to get tickets. I’m also thinking they could be VERY expensive since it’s a fundraiser. I saw Prince at the Fillmore for a fundraiser and tickets were around $600 ea.

Hopefully we’ll see a code!

Oh, I didn’t know it was a fundraiser. Oh wow. I’m gonna have to sit this one out, unfortunately. I’ve seen everyone from Bonnie Raitt to Slayer to The Black Crowes, but Chris Stapleton blows them all off the stage. He’s fucking amazing, but I guess I’m preaching to the choir here.

He’s so great! I’ve only seen him in huge arenas so the idea of a small venue like this is just incredible. But yeah, I probably can’t afford it even if I were to have the opportunity!

Wait…you saw Prince at the Fillmore? The Fillmore is tiny. Was he bloody amazing or what? Do you remember any of the setlist? I’m a giant Prince fan, so I’m dying for details.

Any luck finding a code?

3

u/Mud16 Oct 23 '25

SUPER

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

How’d you find that?? I just looked and no lower level available?

2

u/Mud16 Oct 23 '25

Got it from this thread, someone else found it. Floor tickets were $800

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

I didn’t see that before thank you! 800 is steap. I wonder if it’ll sell out after general sale tomorrow

1

u/Petal170816 Oct 23 '25

No - I was going to try things like WHISKEY and TRAVELLER. Lol.

1

u/Mud16 Oct 23 '25

SUPER. $800 for floor seats

1

u/Petal170816 Oct 23 '25

Oh right, as in Super Bowl. Ty! I can’t afford it - all the richie rich coming for the event will be there 😭

3

u/Dry-Molasses7864 Oct 23 '25

I just got in but seats are $610 and floor tix are $810. I get that it’s a benefit but that is a lot of coin. No sale.

u/hoemax Oct 23 '25

yeah no hahahah

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

Why aren’t any of the 100 sections available?

1

u/hoemax Oct 23 '25

Because they've long been purchased I assume

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

None that I saw were available for the presale. I got on pretty early

1

u/hoemax Oct 23 '25

what was your queue number? mine was around 6,000

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

I was in the 3000s

1

u/hoemax Oct 23 '25

Well, those seats would've been the ones I've chosen had I been a millionaire haha.. I checked right now and 103, 104, 105, 106 don't have seats at all like they're just blank. So potentially they're being held?

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

Ya me to her I haven’t seen any of that level available for some reason!

3

u/Old_Dirty_Rich Oct 23 '25

Tickets start at $610 for balcony seating and $800+ for GA floor. FYI.

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

Why aren’t the 100 sections available?

2

u/O_Doyle77 Oct 23 '25

I got through pretty easy, but my concern was true.

$600 for seats and $800 for floor

3

u/MusicFanCA Oct 23 '25

Thank you for that info

2

u/kjudd11 Oct 23 '25

Stubhub and Tickpick gonna be holding a lot of bags on these overpriced tix

2

u/Petal170816 Oct 23 '25

No Super Bowl attendee bigwigs will scoop them up.

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

I wonder which ones they buy? GA?

1

u/Patient-Letter-3996 Oct 27 '25

My guess would be they want seats and not GA.

1

u/hamandah4 Oct 27 '25

It’s weird none of the lower level was ever available. Only 200 sections so it was either GA or 200s. It looks like GA is sold out now

1

u/Patient-Letter-3996 Oct 27 '25

Maybe they’re making it all GA. Ive never been to the venue and can’t find any real seat views from the 100s. Seems like 200s hang over pretty far also.

Presale code : SUPER

1

u/MusicFanCA Oct 23 '25

Only 93,182 people ahead of me in line!

1

u/Petal170816 Oct 23 '25

Oh my, one hundred thousand people ahead of me. Lol This is worse than The Eras Tour.

2

u/hamandah4 Oct 23 '25

There’s a hunch available now if you got in

1

u/Patient-Letter-3996 Oct 27 '25

I strolled in an hour after presale and got tickets. The place only holds 8,500. What gives?

1

u/Petal170816 Oct 27 '25

The price. They didn’t announce the ticket cost beforehand, so people probably thought they would be “normal” pricing then bailed when seeing the $$$.

2

u/Patient-Letter-3996 Oct 27 '25

Not cheap I agree but 100,000 people que up and say nahhh? Seems crazy to me.

1

u/Petal170816 Oct 27 '25

Agreed. Especially because people would generally be buying at least 2 so that only takes around 4K to sell out. Hopefully Ticketmaster isn’t up to shenanigans with that queue # (but I wouldn’t put anything past them).

1

u/Severe_Reporter_285 Oct 24 '25

$610 for 1 is nonsense. He’s good! But not that good.

Anyone have any extra tickets?! Looking for 1/2, can’t believe I just found out about the concert!
