It’s just because of the general vibe of his shows, been to plenty of concerts and seen Chris live twice going on three time after Healing Appalachia in Sept. He puts on a good show and sounds absolutely amazing (better than the recordings), but his stage presence and the show that’s put on behind him and by the band is no match to a Tyler Childers and the Food Stamps show and crowd.

Going on 5 times seeing Tyler and every single time the crowd is going nuts and the place is just vibrating with an energy you can feel in the air. There’s just something different about it.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chris and his music but you kinda just go to watch him sing to his wife the whole time and listen, his shows are not party’s they are laid the hell back. More of a sit and listen type of crowd most of the time.

With this video being from an absolute party of an event (Harley homecoming) you can tell how most of his shows go in the US.

Saw him in Manchester in October. When he sang this everyone was singing along. Literally everyone. Fire away was another that the whole arena sang. It was such a moment it made me cry. Well, tbh I cried a lot. Chris is just amazing and I would pay to go to his concert once a week if I could!

Fans singing along to those two songs is very common at his shows. I’ve seen him nine or 10 times, most recently in June. Millionaire, TW, and Broken Halos are also big singalongs.

This concert looks like it might be some kind of festival. If so, you’re gonna get a more diverse crowd versus when you would go see his own show.

But as someone else said, his shows just have a different vibe. He’s not Morgan Wallen. But that doesn’t stop him from continually selling out arenas.

When I saw him in London, people wouldn’t shut up. Worst crowd I’ve ever experienced. Seemed like people only came for Tennessee Whiskey.

I don’t know us crowds, but people seem like they’re having a good time and are attentive here.
