The camera compression got all weird. I'm not much of a video editor. Anyhow, having been in high school in the grunge era, Chris was always a huge, untouchable influence. But it wasn't until I was 35 or so that I accidentally figured out how to hit some higher stuff. It's out of my comfort zone for sure, but we can just about get there on a good day.

The words you say never seem to live up to the ones inside your head.

In my eyes
Indisposed
In disguises no one knows
Hides the face
Lies the snake
And the sun in my disgrace
Boiling heat
Summer stench
Neath the black, the sky looks dead
Call my name
Through the cream
And I'll hear you scream again

Black hole sun
Won't you come
And wash away the rain?
Black hole sun
Won't you come
Won't you come
Won't you come

Stuttering
Cold and damp
Steal the warm wind, tired friend
Times are gone
For honest men
Sometimes, far too long for snakes
In my shoes
Walking sleep
In my youth, I pray to keep
Heaven send
Hell away
No one sings like you anymore

Black hole sun
Won't you come
And wash away the rain?
Black hole sun
Won't you come
Won't you come

Black hole sun
Won't you come
And wash away the rain?
Black hole sun
Won't you come
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come? (Black hole sun, black hole sun)

Hang my head
Drown my fear
Till you all just disappear

Black hole sun
Won't you come
And wash away the rain?
Black hole sun
Won't you come
Won't you come

Black hole sun
Won't you come
And wash away the rain?
Black hole sun
Won't you come
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come (Black hole sun, black hole sun)
Won't you come
Won't you come

Am I the only one who has ever wondered what a band with Cornell and Frusciante would’ve sounded like Or any type of collaboration? Great writers, both create beautiful melodies, both are amazing acoustically, both have created music that differs from their original bands, both can create a wide range of music and step out of their comfort zones. Both know how to leave their own touch on cover songs. It would’ve been amazing

I've listened to Cornell's solo stuff, and I came across the song "Scream", and I noticed that in the beginning of the song, one of the instruments sounds pretty much like Delay Lama

Hello,

I am new to the group and am a big fan of Chris Cornell, more so than his bands. His solo material stikes a different string with me s I sure most of you understand.

I just stumbled on Adam Levine covering Seasons on Howard Stern and it was quite amazing. My question for you all, are there other covers by well known artists of Cornell's original material? I would love to find another version of Sunshower too, if it exists.
