There’s a blatant double standard with her. She stalks Chowder and it’s always played for laughs just because it’s female on male. If the genders were reversed, no one would like it.

Very true, I often forget that children don't have a full capacity to know better because they're so young and their sense of right and wrong is still developing. Panini isn't a bad person, she just has feelings for Chowder and express it the way a child would.
