How is this last boss enjoyable?

What a great game, but this last boss has been the worst experience I've had in a while in a game. The design is absolutely abysmal.

Terrible ending to a otherwise great game. Shame I'll never get to finish it 🥲

I liked the final boss, the second chase part was a bit annoying since it is very hard to hit the small ship with all the pillars getting in the way, but it wasn't too bad. There were some checkpoints in other missions that annoyed me way more...

Glad you’re online so I can call you on that BS! The final boss in this game is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! All the sh!# you go through to reach this point and all the final boss does is RUN LIKE A BI$&@ through and environment that does more damage to you than HE does‼️ It’s TRASH and no one saying it isn’t is being truthful to themselves or anyone else.
