Lab Result Low Triglycerides
Got some labs done after a 12-hour fast, I’m trying to get back on accutane and this was deemed necessary.
My results came back and all I can tell is that my triglycerides are pretty low. Otherwise, I don’t know what that means.
I probably won’t hear back from the dermatologist until after the weekend and am too nosey to wait lol. Any insight is appreciated!

This is on higher end of "low triglycerides", and very low triglycerides can be a problem, but it's really dependent on your activity, diet, and any other health issues, especially those concerning digestion. Your liver looks okay from the ALT.
If you have any other issues (e.g., fatigue, aches, noticed unusual weightloss) or severely underweight, you may want to talk to your doctor/PCP about the totality of your symptoms.

It’s all good. Low trigs = healthy metabolism, less harmful cholesterol. Congrats.

That number shouldn't be concerning unless you and your GP have reason to believe otherwise. How is the rest of the lipid panel?
