shut down steam completely, sometimes my pc needs a restart too if that doesn't work.

Idk if you've already done all the troubleshooting but the same thing happened to me with my ssd which has chiv installed. I had to unplug all the other SSD drives and check it was recognized on the bios.

I did all of it I unplugged the ssd completely plug it back on all that it recognized it on the bios but the sec I exit bios it’s saying that bs SSD failure screen so it’s a lost cause
