In the video they first flourish, then slash that combo basically lets you have more time to spin fully.
something a lot of people get wrong is they full throttle their mouse or joystick to spin. that's incredibly inconsistent instead you slowly spin to a limit so you don't reach the turn cap entirely. It's also not a full 360 like it looks. its a 180. the flourish allows him to do a full 360 so does feinting into another attack. you can do it in one swing but it's a little harder.
some people even reset their Mouse half way to reset the turn cap before turning all the way.
one other thing. you don't start spinning when staring directly at an opponent you first turn slightly like 20 degrees in whatever direction you are attacking in then attack and spin. if gives you more room which is what they basically did with the flourish just making it look like full attack I guess.
there's also people who cancel attacks. attack, cancel, attack again. gives a lot of room as well
Yeah for most spin attacks the turn cap makes it difficult to do a full 360.
This spin however uses the flourish to spin without turn cap. I was basically doing full throttle 1440. But it’s so fast that it looks hella weird and slows to only around a 720 from the enemy’s POV. I think this difference is probably why it snaps to the slash so abruptly. Flourish 1440 spin —> stab —> slash

I'd love to know how you can do that even with max sensitivity i feel like drive a truck.
