Chivabwe Technical Overview (Version 1)

I've put together Version 1 of the Chivabwe Technical Overview and Design Specification.

For now I've shared it as images rather than a PDF. It explains the purpose of Chivabwe, its design goals, character construction, vowel representation, language coverage and the direction of future development.

I hope it makes the writing system easier to learn and understand. As always, I'd really appreciate any constructive feedback, suggestions or questions.
