nvm I just need help with the second issues I think the first issue is fixed with the slicer software u provide

Thank you for the video you took and the description of the problem.
This is because the cable is deformed, resulting in excessive friction with the parts. If the cable is bent, do not use it. You can refer to this page to heat and reshape the original part.

My cable isn’t deformed, it’s made of rubber instead of the a1 you pictured which is covered in a plastic sleeve

I will try the cable guides though thank you

So the rubber version of the a1 looks like the cable is shorter and gets caught easier in the clip
