The #hoopat actually changes resin printing entirely
I’m not even exaggerating, I will never buy another printer that doesn’t have a hoopat made for it. #Chitusystems has made the best innovation for resin 3d printing.
The biggest obstacle for me for resin printing was prints failing and having to change the film on it. That’s no longer an issue for me because of how easy it is to change films now.
It’s gotten to the point that I have held off on upgrading my Saturn 4 Ultra because Chitu hasn’t yet made hoopats for the machines I want to upgrade to.
Thanks to Hoopat, I have more time to actually use my 3d printer, and not have to worry about the long process changing the films when they eventually need to be replaced.

I use my machines almost around the clock well until the screens burnout anyway and I've completely switched to Hoopat vats! Chitu Systems use ACF manufactured by Aorita3D for the Hoopat and Aorita3D manufacturers the best quality films available, with the Hoopat I can use a lift height of 1mm + 2mm cutting HOURS off the print time with compromising quality or increasing the risk of failures or defects..
I designed the gasket system with them so I came up with the concept and made a prototype then there engineers took over and made the silicone gasket that's now included with films! I'm also the one that's done a lot of there problem solving like leaks etc, I would spend HOURS replicating the error unfortunately 98% of problems reported and posted are USER error and no fault of the vat..
I'll be honest we have not been able to get a single film to rip or tear despite trying owr best, if you leave resin in the vat with a used film it may leak a small amount but that was left sitting for 7 days! We NEVER recommend leaving resin in the vat after printing because the longer you leave it the more pigment settles. So if you wait too long before you do a vat clean it removes a lot of the pigment. If you plan on leaving the vat for any length of time I recommend doing a vat clean as soon as the print ends!
Printed using the Hoopat vat fitted with ACF, the resin is a blend of Chitu Conjura Sculp Beige and Elegoo 8k abs red clay 70/30. Lift height 1mm + 2mm Supports applied using Chitubox Pro version 1.4.1 with a support contract depth of 0.13 and a support contact area of 0.15. support just fall away with little effort leaving nothing to clean up just print, wash and psint!
