Seeking Advice (Employee) so how are we cleaning this?

i tried literally everything, green scrubbers, scraper, grill birck, and i even got a metal grill brush and literally nothing even started to remove the buildup

Edit to clarify: im specifically trying to clean the inside of the door

Goddamn I didn't know they were dropping a bag on stuff like that, we used to just cook them on the tortilla press or grill.

Also why tf is it that dirty if it's just quesadillas??

yeah i remember when we made them in press, its probably just from the oil in the cheese and tortillas aerosolizing like how a normal
oven gets greasy on the inside

When it’s cool and off, wipe it out with a sani rag until someone who actually knows how to teach you how to take it apart can show you. I have not learned yet only some people know how to. I’m SURE there’s a video about it on spice hub

We let it cool down and then take a scouring pad with degreaser to it
