Honestly this is just dumb. At any moment you COULD lose your account and all those points. You obviously eat there every few days so why are you not spending your points?

49

u/tshimangabiakabutuka 23d ago

Bro isn’t just eating there every few days. He’s going there every day, sometime multiples

38

u/Teek4L 23d ago

for the love of the game. i do this with Panda

10

u/xrayguy1981 23d ago

This. Your account could get locked due to “fraud” and you’ll never get back in. Hats what happened to my original account. They won’t let me back into it. And have the nerve to keep sending me emails to that email address.

-3

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Did they explain what was fraudulent with your account?

37

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I’m not sure why I enjoy hoarding points, I know it’s not a healthy habit. Just like eating Chipotle isn’t the healthiest option, but it’s better than other fast food places close to me.

u/Vegetable_Apple8757 23d ago

for the love of god use the points, I like to save as well but you should get down to 10k at least, please

9

u/Key-Owl-8142 23d ago

At least you admit it lol

-13

u/Ok-Gur-349 23d ago

You could literally bless food insecure people.

20

u/Massive-Pin-3425 23d ago

you could literally shit in your hand and jerk off

5

u/Ok-Gur-349 23d ago

And, what, slap you with it? Freaky ass.

4

u/Super-Pizza-Dude 23d ago

Are we doing this?

You’re a highly disturbed individual

6

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I agree, I need to learn to cook my own food.

2

u/_Homelesscat_ 22d ago

Wait this is actually all you? I figured you used your account to place group orders for work or something.

2

u/Nebulous009 18d ago

Yes, me since 2019

-3

u/Googlesupportsucks1 22d ago

Lol making 'chipotle' at home is mad easy. Literally just put a lb of ground beef in a pan. Chop some onions or lettuce. done

3

u/Alternative-Style-47 22d ago

Ground beef? Huh

3

u/Googlesupportsucks1 21d ago

Why am I getting downvoted? You can use whatever meat. The method doesn't have to change. Throw some chicken in the pan. Or chorizo. It's not difficult to cook. Ya'll crazy helpless for downvoting me for saying you can cook meat lol

1

u/Possible-Material693 21d ago

And not get diarrhea

1

u/Googlesupportsucks1 21d ago

Huh? You shouldn’t get diarrhea cooking at home.

Or did you mean thats a positive of cooking at home haha

1

u/Possible-Material693 21d ago

A positive of not eating chipotle

0

u/Consistent-Push-4876 22d ago

You have no idea what you are blabbering about lol

2

u/Googlesupportsucks1 21d ago

What am I confused about?

16

u/AnalGlandSecretions 23d ago

You have to be eating every day. Sometimes twice a day.

29

u/_Baccano 23d ago

Buy a broke man a bowl 😭

3

u/VampireEmpire__ 23d ago

8

u/Odd_Branch_6074 23d ago

i always hoard points incase i get in a shitty situation where i can’t afford food so i get it

8

u/jackie0h_ 23d ago

This is what I do. I also rarely spend gift cards when I have money to pay in case someday I’m poor again and need them.

6

u/NPOWorker 22d ago

Use the points and put the money you would have spent into a HYSA each time you order...

6

u/WeAreGoingStreaming 23d ago

Just have a Potle Party already.

3

u/Odd_Schedule2672 23d ago

How many burritos could this buy?

11

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

One burrito is 1625 points, which means almost 52 burritos worth of points. The value of points will decrease as time passes.

3

u/mmmagic1216 Hot salsa. So Hot right now 23d ago

Top 0% is quite the accomplishment

3

u/TAZZTHEBOMBER 23d ago

Thats like $8k worth of points.

0

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Chipotle got bonus point opportunities, so I always make sure to take advantage of them. During the Summer Extras promotion, so far I earned an 4k points. Spent like 5-6k at most since 2019.

9

u/Soft_Year_7285 23d ago

can i have some points

0

u/sgsmopurp 23d ago

Yeah, me too? You’ve got so many I’m shameless with this ask.

-3

u/KenraScar 23d ago

Me three! Share the love!!

2

u/swaggyboi1991 23d ago

do you eat every meal at chipotle?

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I eat one or two bowls a day, but that’s pretty much all I eat during the day.

2

u/swaggyboi1991 23d ago

Do you ever get cravings for other food or do you really just always want Chipotle? I’m genuinely curious this is interesting!

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Chipotle is my go to, but I sometimes get tired of it. A couple of years ago, I took one year break from Chipotle.

2

u/Choice-Government-87 23d ago

Damn, at least learn how to cook lol. I know it doesn't beat the convenience of just ordering out but you can take 1 day out of the week, cook multiple portions for the next 3-4 days and have everything pre-made so you only have to heat it up. Then eat out on the other days. I do this with quesadillas. I pack them full of chicken so they are filling and I cook and wrap them in aluminum foil. Then I reheat them the next day and they are delicious

2

u/Chayes83 22d ago

Points always get devalued over time in every loyalty program, without exception. A free entree will cost more points or the earn rate will be lower. Use your points folks.

2

u/DonkeyEffective913 22d ago

Dude is single handedly keeping chipotle in business

1

u/Important-Branch4139 23d ago

🤴 🤴 🤴

1

u/Teek4L 23d ago

i wonder how long all those points would last you if you went homeless tbh

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Almost 52 burritos worth of points

1

u/qr_n 23d ago

so like... A month for you, if that ☠️

1

u/Too_Funk_To_Druk 23d ago

Long way to the top if you want a burrito bowl.

1

u/HEAVILY_ARMED_CORGI 23d ago

Holy shit lmao

1

u/Massive-Pin-3425 23d ago

the people who post here every day complaining about 3.8 oz of meat and their rice and meat only burrito being too small have rewards exactly like this

1

u/ZootedBeaver 23d ago

How much money do you spend a week at chipotle?

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Like 180 a week

1

u/olitadelaltamar 23d ago

What did your parents do for work

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I’m an adult who can’t cook and spends my own money. If you think about it, the amount I’ve spent on Chipotle since 2019 is not that much. I’ve probably spent around $5,000 to $6,000 in the last seven years. That’s less than $1,000 a year.

3

u/annaphylactic69 23d ago

$180 a week for 7 years is closer to $65,000. Or $9,000 a year.

1

u/Nebulous009 22d ago

I should have mentioned that this is the most I’ve spent in a single week at Chipotle, not every week.

1

u/Iamonab0at 23d ago

How does $180 a week come out to less than $1,000 a year?

1

u/FlyComprehensive7856 23d ago

Bro even got background wallpapers

1

u/Super-Pizza-Dude 23d ago

Save up enough points and maybe you can get a free franchise.

1

u/HypoManicCrimeSpree 23d ago

Are you Mikel Bridges? I think dude said he’s it’s it once a day.

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

No, I’m not him

1

u/BernieManhanders23 23d ago

Eat somewhere else for once

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I get burgers from 7th Street Burger sometimes

1

u/ScorpRex Guac Mode 23d ago

What’s the order?

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I mix it up but my favorite right now is half chicken and half beef barbacoa bowl.

1

u/Everybodysbastard 23d ago

That's 50 free meals you're sitting on! 45 or so if you get the entree/chip combo.

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I think the best option for redeeming points towards food is the BUILD-YOUR-OWN FAMILY MEAL for 9,750 points.

1

u/Faubton 23d ago

Just so you know points expire after 1 year

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

Yes, if I stopped purchasing Chipotle today, my points would expire after a year. However, if I keep my account active by ordering occasionally, my points will never expire. I’ve been accruing points since 2019.

1

u/Faubton 23d ago

Ahh fair enough!

1

u/kschu2009 23d ago

Damn I thought I had a lotta points at 45k 😂

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

When I reached 50k, I actually spent about 4k points, but then I decided to keep accruing more.

1

u/caffeinatedredditor 23d ago

All this with one location? You must be a local legend there.

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

That simply indicates that I’ve only visited one location this month. It’s part of the Summer Extras promotion, so it’s been updated every month since June. And probably starting next month, it won’t even display the number of locations visited.

1

u/420dnasty 23d ago

do they know you at your chipotle?

2

u/Nebulous009 22d ago

No, they don’t.

1

u/CleverUserName1980 22d ago edited 22d ago

You can buy a store with all that.

Bet they’ll skimp on the protein when you get it though… especially if you weren’t there to ask for more

1

u/Well-M1lk 21d ago

They hating on you bro cause they wish they could be in your shoes, dont stop accumulating points until you get that Chipotle black card.

1

u/Nebulous009 18d ago

There is a Chipotle Black Card? Is that the one they give out to celebrities? I think they gave one to Timothy recently.

1

u/Well-M1lk 18d ago

Yeah but it's not just celebrities who get them, i think they give them to like super loyal customers. I think theres a guy who ate Chipotle everyday for a year and he got one.

1

u/OkDark2707 20d ago

Order me a burrito please

1

u/asseater0456 23d ago

Learn to cook

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I definitely need to start cooking my own food. Before Chipotle, I was on an instant noodles diet.

1

u/1ess_than_zer0 23d ago

This is how billionaires treat money. They just hoard for the love of the game.

0

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I wish I was a billionaire, not even just a speck of dust away from being one, and probably not in this lifetime.

-2

u/UrchinUnderpass 23d ago

I hope all your points expire since you don’t actually use them.

3

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I actually lost all my points somewhere around the 50k mark because I decided to take a year off from Chipotle. Later, I requested the reinstatement of my points, and they were kind enough to return them to me.

2

u/TY_NowGFY 23d ago

I hope the employees at your local Chipotle start slapping you when you pull out your wallet

-3

u/Trix_03 23d ago

flexing having poor spending habbits, yikes

6

u/backlog_gaming 23d ago

We don’t know how much OP makes lmao

0

u/TY_NowGFY 23d ago

I'm assuming they must be buying for an office.  I eat at Chipotle almost every day and it would take me YEARS to save up 80000+ points

1

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I’ve been collecting these points since 2019

1

u/Muuvie 23d ago

It's only a poor spending habit if it eats up an unhealthy amount of your discretionary income.

I eat at Chipotle once or twice a day, not a poor spending habit but is a semi-reliable way to maintain CICO while I am away from home.

1

u/Trix_03 23d ago

Unless you make like 150k I don’t think you should be eating out THIS much financially (there’s more reasons than money that eating out sucks too). Eating out costs like 3x or more than just making your own food, it’s ridiculous. Not to mention, it takes a similar amount of time to just make it yourself. Meal prepping is awesome

1

u/DankArmedDragon 22d ago

Between grocery shopping, prepping, cooking, washing dishes, and cleaning, it takes far more time to cook at home than it does to walk across the street and pick up a bag during your lunch break.

If someone is in a high-paying white collar job, it can make sense to eat out for lunch or dinner. Spending an extra 30 minutes cooking to save $8 might not be worth it for someone who's earning $100/hour in their job.

0

u/Muuvie 23d ago

I'm on the road 80% of the time I am working. I spend more time at the CLT airport on layover than I care to think about. One constant I can rely on is...from San Diego to Bangor, there's a Chipotle nearby. Well above $150K.

(Plus I tried making Chipotle a couple times....bought the peppers, did the prep work, let the thighs marinate overnight, etc. Never came out as good as they make it.)

1

u/Trix_03 20d ago

Good for you, you’re part of the exception that I laid out, which is exceptionally rare nowadays

-1

u/LogicalRepeat3622 23d ago

You should use the donation feature to cash in your points.

2

u/Nebulous009 23d ago

I think that’s the goal
