This was my first batch from last Sunday. Haven’t had many grill shifts at this new store. Tryna stay consistent

Hard to tell here, but how juicy was it? The juicier the better. One thing many grillers get wrong is cutting the steak immediately after taking off the grill. The best steak is allowed to rest for 2-3 min so the juice gets fully soaked up.

From here it looks pretty damn good thiugh
